Welcome to Yolo Escapes LLP, a travel agency based in Pune that provides services including flight bookings, hotel bookings, worldwide package tours, visas, insurance, and car rentals. By using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions govern your use of our services and website. By engaging with us, you agree to these terms, which may be updated periodically without notice.

2. Role of Yolo Escapes LLP
Yolo Escapes acts as an intermediary between you and various service providers (airlines, hotels, car rentals, etc.). We facilitate bookings and arrangements but do not own, operate, or control the services rendered by third-party providers.

3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.

4. Communications
By using our services, you consent to receive electronic communications, including emails, SMS, Whatsapp and notifications regarding your bookings, updates, and promotional offers.

5. Content
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, and trademarks, is owned or licensed by Yolo Escapes LLP. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
Yolo Escapes LLP is not liable for:

• Service failures, delays, or cancellations by third-party providers.

• Losses or damages arising from your reliance on information provided by third parties.

• Unforeseen events or force majeure situations beyond our control.

7. Refunds for Insolvent or Bankrupt Partners
In cases where a travel partner (airline, hotel, or other service provider) is declared insolvent or bankrupt, Yolo Escapes LLP will facilitate refund claims on your behalf. Refunds are subject to the policies and processes of the respective partner and may take time to process.

8. Hikes in Tariffs & Taxes
Prices and tariffs for travel services are subject to change based on fluctuations in taxes, fuel surcharges, or other fees. You are responsible for any additional charges arising from such changes after the booking confirmation.

9. User's Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information while booking. Failure to do so may result in additional charges, cancellations, or denied services, for which Yolo Escapes LLP is not liable.

10. Fees and Payment
All payments for bookings and services must be made in accordance with the quoted prices. Service fees, where applicable, will be disclosed prior to booking.

11. Payments via Payment Gateway
Payments made through online gateways are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor. Yolo Escapes LLP is not responsible for any failures or discrepancies arising from payment gateway issues.

12. Force Majeure
Yolo Escapes LLP is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, strikes, or technical failures.

13. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse services at our discretion, including cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms.

14. Right to Cancel
Yolo Escapes LLP reserves the right to cancel a booking if the user fails to comply with payment terms, provides incorrect information, or if external circumstances require such action.

15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Yolo Escapes LLP harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.

Miscellaneous

DEFINITIONS:

• ‘User’ means any legal person or entity who is accessing, visiting our Platform or makes any enquiry about our services and to whom we are providing services.

• ‘Terms’ means these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and our cancellation policy.

• ‘Platform’ means all the various services provided by Yolo Escapes LLP. Also referred to as “Website”.

• ‘Sales Channels’ means websites, mobile applications, sales persons, officers, call centers, agents, Travel Experts, etc.

• ‘Service Providers’ means third party websites and apps providing services like Airlines, hotels, cruise etc.

• ‘Travel Agents’ means travel agents, tour operators, consolidators or aggregators

• ‘Travel Expert’ means those individuals who are authorised by Yolo Escapes LLP to use the Platform for commercial bookings

• ‘Content’ means All content provided through various Sales Channels and on the Platform including but not limited to audio, images, software, text, icons and such similar content

SEVERABILITY: If any part of these Terms is, or is found to be, unenforceable under a relevant law, that will not affect the enforceability of the rest of these Terms.

WAIVER: No waiver by Yolo Escapes LLP of any breach of the Terms by User shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

HEADING: The headings of each section in these Terms are only for the purpose of organizing the various provisions under these Terms in an orderly manner and shall not be used by either Party to interpret the provisions contained herein in any manner. Further, it is specifically agreed to by the Parties that the headings shall have no legal or contractual value.

NO SIGNATURE.The User acknowledges and agrees that no signature or express act is required to make these Terms binding on the User. Continued use of Platform or of our services shall mean that you are accepting these Terms.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: The Terms shall constitute the entire agreement between the Parties in relation to the subject matter of these Terms, and shall supersede all previous agreements, arrangements, credit notes and understandings between the Parties. If there is an inconsistency between Our communications, documents etc. and these provisions of these Terms shall prevail.

JURISDICTION: If the Parties to this Agreement are unable to amicably settle any dispute arising under this agreement or in connection with this agreement, the Parties shall mandatorily attempt to resolve such dispute by way of mediation through an online mediation platform. The parties may approach the courts only after attempting meditation through an online mediation platform. This Agreement is subject to interpretation as per the laws of India, and the parties shall refer any unresolved disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore.

BOOKING MODIFICATION: Bookings post confirmation are allowed to be modified only twice. For any modifications, the customer is required to provide a valid reason and supporting documents. After two modifications, bookings will be non-refundable and non-cancelable.

AMENDMENT TO THE TERMS: Yolo Escapes LLP reserves the right to change the Terms from time to time. The User is responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms.
